Magnetic systems for various purposes

Specialists of Neva-Magnet have a unique experience of creating electromagnets with coils wound, both with the usual "warm" conductors, and superconducting cables.

The International Tokamak Project (ITER)

From 1994 to 1998, the Neva-Magnet was a subcontractor of the NTC Center "Synthesis" of the Efremov Institute at the R&D stage of works for the International Tokamak (ITER). Within the framework of this activity, the development and manufacturing of technological equipment for testing of superconducting cables was carried out, and the concept of the Coil of the Toroidal Winding Conductor Inserts (KVPTO) was developed and the technology of its manufacturing on model coils was tested.
